Justice Aggrey Muchelule has finally declared fate of the late cabinet minister Mbiyu Koinange estates.
In his ruling the judge finalized the four decade battle of property sharing amongst the Koinange beneficiaries to be done equally to all the ten children’s.
The estate which is estimated to a tune of Ksh 50billion .The estates comprises accres of land and shareholding in some companies. The family biggest fight was 246 acres of land in Runda ,which is estimated to be worth 20billions.
The Judge In the ruling declared that Frolence Koinange, Barbara Koinange, David Waiganjo, Solomon Kihara and Isaac Njunu all to get 30 acres of the land while the two windows, Eddah and Margaret will be allocated 12 acres each.
Justice Aggrey Muchelule for settlement of debt ordered selling of 800 acres of land at Mothers farm, Ethoria farm and another fives to be sold to set the family debt free.
Blogger Lord Abraham Mutai declared stealing of public property as a curse since the sharing of the estate has overtaken a span of 40 years where the children are at their 60s and 70s.
